I’m so behind on posting the bigger jobs that we have had the last several months. 🤦

So this Jeep Cherokee is owned by one of our previous clients who was going to pass it down to his son as a graduation present.

He wanted it properly detailed with a heavy emphasis on cigarette smoke removal and as much stain removal as we would achieve.

The issue with smoke removal is that the tar gets into EVERYTHING and if not properly cleaned and removed, the odor will come right back.

In order to do this, we had to systematically clean everything multiple times and in a certain order.

The end result was amazing our client was insanely happy!!

⭐️All interior plastics, leather, A - C pillars, seatbelts, EVERYTHING cleaned with Koch Chemie MZR.
⭐️Headliner cleaned.
⭐️Everything steam cleaned
⭐️Carpeting cleaned and steamed via multi step system.

⭐️Leather conditioned

⭐️Bio Bomb with aerator treatment for interior and HVAC.

This is reason # 57 why you hire the professional when your vehicle needs a paint correction.

The professional is going to take the extra time needed to make sure the job is done perfectly.

It took me over an hour and a half to tape off all of the black plastics and trim on this truck.

Why do we do this?

We do this to make sure that we don’t get any compound or polish residue on the plastics/trim and to make sure nothing gets in any little creases and gaps.

I hate taping. I despise it. It is the bane of my existence. I do it anyway because it’s the proper way to do things. 👍

We detailed this Vietnam Vet’s truck a few weeks back and he was over the moon happy!!

We did a full exterior decontamination detail along with a machine polish applied wax and it came out great!!

This is going to be a long post, but, it’s totally worth the read.

This past Thursday we took our dog Puller to Sam and his crew over at Alpha Chic Grooming LLC.

Puller is going through some medical stuff right now and this Tuesday he is having a pretty major procedure done, so we wanted him to feel and look his absolute best.

While there are many amazing dog groomers in the area, Sam is the only one that we fully trusted to handle Puller.

Puller didn’t have the greatest life before we rescued him 6 years ago. He is very weary of people in general outside of our family and I am the only man that he fully trusts. (Outside of our son.)

So I was extremely worried about how Puller was going to react. I was stressing the entire ride from Youngsville to Scott. I didn’t want Puller to be scared or anxious and we certainly didn’t want there to be an incident.

Prior to our appointment I had talked to Sam about Puller so that he was prepared.

After about a 40 minute ride, we arrived and I gave myself and Puller a little pep talk and then we want inside.

From the moment we walked in, Sam was amazing. Literally amazing. He was soft and gentle with Puller and he didn’t rush anything. He gave Puller the time to get adjusted and to become aware of his surroundings.

There were other dogs there as well and they were all gentle with Puller as well.

Both Sam and the other dogs made Puller feel very safe.

After about 10 minutes Sam took Puller and I went outside to my truck and stressed because even though Sam and his crew were amazing, the actual grooming hadn’t started yet.

After about 15 mins I went back inside to check on everything and Sam had told me everything was great and that Puller was being a great boy!!

Puller even let Sam pick him up and put him into the tub.

I was blown away. Literally.

I went back to my truck and waited about 45 mins and went back in and they were giving Puller the finishing touches.

Not only was Puller looking and smelling great but he was HAPPY!!! He was so happy!!

Sam and his crew earned not only my full trust but more importantly, he earned Puller’s trust.

To wrap this story up, Sam and his entire crew are absolutely phenomenal at what they do and in every aspect.
