Legend has it there’s a local pit bike race coming up…

We got this Honda CRF110 dialed in with fresh fork seals after some pretty serious leaking, along with a BBR fork spring kit to stiffen things up!

Getting this little machine ready for some race day action!

Another set of FOX QS3 front shocks brought back to life!

This Can-Am Maverick X3 came in with a dead feeling at the beginning of the shock stroke. Low nitrogen pressure can contribute to inconsistent damping, and these FOX shocks are known for having issues with the factory nitrogen end caps leaking.

We gave these shocks a complete rebuild with fresh oil and seals, then upgraded to Schmidty Racing high-volume nitrogen caps to help prevent future leaks while adding a nice upgrade over the factory setup!

While we were in there, we also ditched the factory plastic web-style IFPs and replaced them with aluminum IFPs for improved durability and reliability.

Not just a rebuild, but upgrades designed to keep this suspension performing like it should!

First set of sled shocks this fall finished up and ready to go.

This set of FOX FLOAT 3 EVOL shocks came off an Arctic Cat and got serviced and ready for another season.

Snowmobile season is right around the corner, and now is the time to get your suspension taken care of before the preseason rush hits. Just wrapped up this Honda Talon 4-seater and this one’s dialed.

Full shock rebuild paired with MTS Offroad Schrader caps, Schmidty’s Racing IFPs, and a Shock Therapy dual rate spring kit to handle the extra weight from accessories and keep it riding the way it should.

Mid-season for snowmobiles and I’m still pumping out shocks. At the same time, we’re about to turn the corner into side-by-side season.

It’s been busy in the best way. I appreciate everyone keeping me rolling.

Big news — The Shock Doctor is now an official MTS Off-Road dealer.

If your side-by-side is riding low, blowing through travel, or feeling harsh and unpredictable, your stock springs may be fatigued. Add bumpers, winches, cages, spare tires, or other upgrades and your suspension is no longer properly matched to your machine.

Got this Pro R ready to roll. It’s a low-mileage machine, but Polaris shocks are known for coming in with low nitrogen pressure right from the factory.

Low pressure leads to cavitation, which beats up internal components fast. We topped them off and added a little extra nitrogen for performance and longevity.

There’s a first time for everything. This rock bouncer came in running Radflo emulsion shocks, and we added remote reservoirs to take things up a notch.

The goal was to smooth out the ride and prep it for more aggressive terrain. The added reservoirs give us better oil volume to control heat and keep damping consistent when things get rowdy.

Never rebuilt anything quite like this before. Definitely a fun one to dig into.
