First and foremost, we want to thank every Team M2W rider, family, and sponsor. Your support means everything to us, and without each of you, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do.

As Team M2W continues to grow, we want to remind everyone of the standard we expect from those who represent our team.

All Team M2W riders are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, integrity, and respect—both on and off the track. Racing is competitive, and a little friendly smack talk is part of the sport, but there is a difference between friendly competition and disrespect.

We will not tolerate malicious comments, personal attacks, or negative behavior directed toward another rider, family, team, sponsor, or individual. Anyone representing Team M2W who chooses to engage in that type of behavior will immediately lose their place on the team.

The same expectations apply to our sponsors. We are proud to partner with businesses that represent the values of sportsmanship, respect, and positivity. We will not be associated with unnecessary drama or negativity.

Our goal has always been bigger than winning races. We want to build champions on the track and great people off the track. Thank you to everyone who continues to represent Team M2W with class and respect.
