Matt spent the better part of a year having the body work done, and prepping his Foxbody Mustang for one of our 427ci SBF engines. We can't wait to see the smile on his face when he starts driving her again. Engine controls via Holley Terminator X EMS, Fuel delivery by a set of Fuel Injector Development injectors, and Exhaust gas flowing through Stainless Works headers.

We had nothing to do with this build, but our partner has waited a long time to get this truck home. No doubt he's smiling ear to ear whenever he opens the shop and has such a beautiful view 😍. Congratulations Carlos

Since we still have the BBC repair underway, Carlos decided to put the 427ci LS in the mustang. Thanks to Brian Tooley Racing for the Trinity LS7 Dual Injector intake kit, and Motion Raceworks for the throttle body. Bob Ette is working on the 12-1 crank trigger kit so we have stable and accurate ignition signals. Summit Racing Equipment has shipped our order consisting of Fragola Performance Systems Race-Rite hose and reusable hose ends so that we can plumb the crankcase evacuation system.

Some very cool work being done by the partners in crime 😀. Iglesias Racing updated data acquisition via Rife Sensors. We needed a 7 bar MAP sensor and 2 back pressure sensors (150 psi), so we purchased a triple sensor block from Motion Raceworks. We also added their back pressure canisters to equalize the pulses so we have to do less filtering inside the Holley EFI Dominator ecu.. Fine as W**e will be ready for her dance lesson on October 30 Famoso Dragstrip.

It will be interesting to see where this leads. If this stance on tech is followed, there will be a lot of rule revisions for many classes, and other sanctioning bodies. Nearly every "class legal" turbo has a stepped or multi-contoured compressor wheel. From testing this can be as much as 400+rwhp (76mm) or more.

Earlier this month we wrapped up the filming of our engine being assembled for Season 5 Horsepower Wars Ford vs Chevy with our Godzilla entry. We're excited for y'all to see the results. Stay tuned for the show's release to see the Godzilla vs L8T!
