EMPLOYER SPOTLIGHT: AISIN Electronics Illinois (AEIL)

Man-Tra-Con celebrates AISIN Illinois (AEIL) for their role in supporting Apprenticeship Programs within Southern Illinois.

The Man-Tra-Con Employer Services Team was proud to present AEIL with a $2,500 incentive check for launching a registered apprenticeship program in Marion, Illinois. This funding was made possible through the Apprenticeship Specialist Grant awarded by the State of Illinois to LWIA 25, and administered by Man-Tra-Con Corporation.

AEIL qualified for the incentive by being registered with the Department of Labor (DOL). AEIL developed a registered apprenticeship program for employee training in their Engineering department. Apprenticeship program training is being provided by Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

Blood donations play a critical role in supporting accident victims, surgical patients, cancer treatments, and countless other medical needs.

Not everyone sees the work that happens overnight, but it matters.
On National Night Shift Workers Day, we recognize the Night Owls who keep our facilities running long after the sun goes down.
From production to maintenance, second & third shift plays a critical role in keeping operations moving forward, often without the visibility or support of the daytime operations.
It takes discipline, consistency, and a different kind of commitment.

What would your walkout song be?"
Taking Care of Business" by Bachman-Turner Overdrive, because "we take care of business every day," or "Here Comes The Boom" by Nelly, because "Y'all don't really want it now"—the "it" being OMC.

What is the best ice cream flavor?
We are going to have to give a Baskin-Robbins answer here because we cannot pick just one flavor, and WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO.

What is your biggest accomplishment?
Continuously improving AMI by making small changes each and every day to lead to big results and KPI improvement.
