We are always working on bettering our diagnostic skills so we are doing everything we can to make sure our customers get the right repairs done the first time!

And learning how to properly use a oscilloscope has been a bit of a learning curve, this is one of the only industries I can think of that in order to fix a car you have to be a electrician ,a plumber, a hvac tech, AND a mechanic.

Especially with these new vehicles, if you cant take the time to learn computers, and waveforms, then you may as well give up now because its only going to get worse as technology advances!

Very curious about this, anyone have any expirence with these?

Debating on offering these to our customers as a WAY cheaper alternative to doing a FULL AFM DELETE.

95 F150 5.0L

This is a first, even for my machine shop who did the surfacing and machine work on these heads...
Just had these heads done for a customer of ours and it appears the seats that were cut into the head have failed and fell out. Creating a bad misfire being that cylinder cant seal, I am BEYOND SURPRISED it did not damage the piston OR valve.

My machinist is willing to redo them free of charge but At this point the customer wants to get a reman brand new motor in the truck to avoid any future problems.. it isn't always sunshine and rainbows, sometimes vehicles really SUCK

Organization is DETRIMENTAL when doing internal engine work, we organize every nut bolt and part exactly how it came apart, more so when doing internal engine work!

Progress is being made on this 15 sierra with the 0 compression on cylinder 7.

Will be here until the head is removed!
