Just got back from an EPIC weekend at the first KINGS of Pro Street car show in Paducah, Kentucky. I have almost 1800 pics to go through. They took forever to load into Lightroom for editing, but I had to get these three out before I absolutely crash. Congrats to the Top 20 and Steve Walsh, who was awarded Grand Champion with his '67 Nova, finished in March and built as a drag-and-drive car ( check this out!).
A HUGE thanks to Big D, Wally, and EVERYONE who showed up to this show — this is what Pro Street is and should always be about. Lift each other up and keep the genre alive! It was by far the most fun I've had at a show this year. The quality was off the charts, and the best part is that a lot of these cars were homebuilt, but it was the people who made it truly special. I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as I did. If you did, please let everyone know how much fun you had, and let's build this into what SMN should've been!
Full disclosure: I have SEMA coming up, so my photos might be a little slow to come out. Please check back often; I'll probably have a SmugMug link up tomorrow night so you can see where I will be loading pics.
