Granite Rapids Car Wash is looking for an energetic, motivated General Manager to lead our newly rebuilt car wash. This is your opportunity to build a great team, grow a business, and make a visible impact.

Responsibilities:
-Hire, train, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
-Drive wash sales and membership growth through customer engagement and team coaching.
-Deliver excellent customer service and take ownership of resolving concerns.
-Keep the property clean, safe, organized, and running smoothly.
-Manage scheduling, supplies, daily reporting, and communication with ownership.

Take initiative, solve problems, and lead by example.

Who you are: You have proven leadership experience, a sales-oriented mindset, and strong follow-through.

You bring positive energy, set high standards, and work alongside your team to get things done.

Car wash experience is not required. Relevant experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, fitness, automotive services, or another customer-facing business is preferred.

Schedule: Typically 5 days per week TYPICALLY 8 a.m.–5 p.m with one weekend day. Flexibility to provide backup coverage is required.

Work environment: This is an active, hands-on role requiring outdoor work in all weather conditions. Physical duties include lifting more than 50 pounds.

Compensation: Competitive salary plus bonus
