The notorious GMC/Silverado "MultiPro-tailgate" trailer-hitch dent-problem. 🙆‍♂️ Basically the main-tailgate is dropped, then the secondary top-half is dropped and it hits the trailer-hitch ball or the receiver. Given great access to the dents once the button-assembly is removed, these can usually be fixed..... although there's typically some kind of paint-damage remaining from the metal-on-metal contact. Here, I just happened to have some red touch-up to help minimize the paint-chips after PDR-repair was done. 💪🟥

Mobile PDR-repair I did Monday on a 2012 Silverado bedside-crater. (( 🪨 )) 15" dent crossing/inverting the bodyline in quite a few spots. That old paint held-up to some powerful glue-pulls! 💪 Took the tail-light out & tooled-out the remaining lows in the bodyline, had a virtually-undetectable outcome. ✅👍

Mobile PDR-repair I did for a friend last-week, one for-the-books that I'll never forget! 🥵 Easily one of the toughest bodyline-hits I've ever managed to recover with PDR. This is a 2018 Cadillac XT5, both right-doors got sideswiped in a parking-lot hit-and-run a few weeks ago. This is gettin very common these days! 🤬💨 It looked so bad he was ready to just sell it at this point, but he really wanted me to try the PDR-option before sending it to the body-shop. I took one look at the before-pic he sent me (In that first-pic) and I said, "Nope, those doors are destroyed, both need new-skins." Well he still wanted me to try my best & make it look half-presentable so he could trade it in. I reluctantly said OKAY, but let me take my time with it & give it everything I got...... So with a lot of time, effort & proper-technique, 3-days later we had a pretty great-result on both-doors, almost getting both down to a near-undetectable-level of aesthetics. That one bodyline-dent on the rear-door gave me more fight than anything between the 2, I used both glue-pull, interior-tooling and heat to smooth that one out..... While being very careful to work-around the splitting clear-coat right on that sharp-crown above the dent. The turnout was so good, he said he just might keep the car now. 😄👌 Even after doing this 11-years, these things surprise even me sometimes. You just never know til you try. 🤞😎

Yesterday's PDR-repair on a 2023 Jeep Compass. 🥵 It's a scary-scenario you never want to be in, where a flying block of wood came out of nowhere on the interstate & slammed into the side of the client's Jeep.... (Final Destination kinda stuff 😨) The hit knocked both the fender and door-seam WAY outta whack, doing the most severe-damage to the door-seam, which is double-paneled metal 2-inches inward. The door hit the fender when opening & closing, also scratching the paint on both sides. As cautiously-optimistic as I am about severe damage-repair, I nearly declined this one. Well, let's give it a shot & see what happens, eh? 🤷‍♂️ About 4-hours later we had a pretty great-result, with only a few minor cosmetic-blemishes remaining! We still had one little dime-sized ding left in the door-edge that wouldn't move, but considering how far this one came from where it started, it was well worth the time to give it a chance....Sometimes you just never know til you try. 🤞🙏🤞

Mobile PDR-repair I did recently on a 2022 Dodge Ram roof-corner.... Baseball-sized whopper right on the roof-bend with black-paint....but it's a steel-roof & not aluminum thankfully! 🥵 -All done externally using the powerful "glue-pull" extraction-method. This kind of damage takes time & patience, but it's possible if you're willing to stick it out. Front-bumper repair I did just today on a 2024 Toyota RAV-4. The inverted-crunch on that top-bodyline was pretty intense, but the paint held-up! 😳 The impact spread-out & buckled everything around it & popped the trim out. Miraculously this was fixable, with the right tools, technique & patience. 2020 Honda CRV, PDR-repair on a deep bodyline-dent, left-front fender. These can be really tough to deal-with, you're fighting 2-battles of the dent itself & reshaping the bodyline concurrently. This one took me about 3-hours, with a ton of heat, precision & patience, finally getting it down to almost nothing. ✅
