We are looking to add a Customer Service Rep to our team! This person's duties will be (but not limited to):
- greeting body shop customers promptly and courteously-attitude is everything!
- Listening to customers clearly and analyzing their repair needs in order to translate information to the correct department/employee
-Answer phone & schedule repair estimates and appointments.
-Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
-Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up and complete final paperwork.
-Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
-Handle minor customer concerns and complaints

Valid driver's license and transportation to and from work is required.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:45am - 5pm

Larry Walker body shop of Mount Airy is seeking an individual to join our detail crew!

Before vehicles leave our shop, we give them a thorough cleaning (including vacuuming the vehicle, cleaning the windows, and detailing the vehicle to ensure the inside and outside is up to customer satisfaction)

We are looking for someone who is efficient in their work, likes to pay close attention to detail, and is punctual.
