Well here we go again. Several months ago this Yukon received an engine transplant courtesy of CKY Performance and a tune from us. Happy customer on his way, then tragedy struck. While having what was believed to be a fuel pump issue it broke down in the Richmond area and was left at a shop for repairs. When he picked it up he found his tune molested, losing about 6 mpg and felt like 100hp as stated by the customer, not to mention his 6 speed only had 4 gears. It wasn’t even dropped for a tune. Luckily he was able to limp it back here to be fixed back correctly. It honestly sickens me to see how people get done. Just because someone has HPTuners and a dyno, doesn’t make them a tuner. In this case I feel like it was sabotage. I showed the customer his tune file. -12* timing at wot, and with a complete rapefest on the rest of the tune. Absolutely unbelievable that anyone can support this place. I can safely say, they wouldn’t know a tune if it smacked them in the face.
