We do get people upset on why we charge a callout fee. There are so many reasons why this should be charged below is just a little breakdown.

***Why Do We Charge a Mobile Service Call Fee?***

As a mobile RV repair company, we bring the repair shop directly to you. Unlike a traditional repair facility, our technicians spend time traveling to your location, fuel costs, vehicle maintenance, insurance, tools, and equipment are all part of providing convenient on-site service.

The service call fee helps cover:
• Travel time to and from your location
• Fuel and operating expenses

This fee is separate from the actual repair cost and allows us to continue providing fast, reliable, and professional mobile service when and where you need it.

And in most cases, there is not even an extra diagnosis fee if it is something small !!


When you choose mobile RV service, you’re not just paying for a repair—you’re paying for the convenience of not having to tow or transport your RV to a shop.
