βYou're charging me hundreds of dollars just to let my car sit there?β
We understand why it feels that way.
If you've never operated a towing company, it probably looks like your vehicle is just parked behind a fence.
But here's what most people don't see.
Every vehicle in our yard occupies a secured space that can't be used for another customer.
That space is protected by fencing, surveillance cameras, lighting, insurance, and regular maintenance. We also maintain detailed records of every vehicle, coordinate releases, verify ownership, and ensure every pickup is handled properly.
Storage yards aren't empty lots.
They're secure facilities that cost money to operate every single dayβwhether one vehicle is stored or one hundred.
And unlike a typical parking lot, many of the vehicles we receive arrive unexpectedly after crashes, police-directed tows, or emergencies. We don't know if they'll be picked up in a few hours, a few days, or several weeks.
The longer a vehicle remains in storage, the fewer spaces are available for the next person who may need emergency assistance.
Storage fees aren't designed to profit from someone's bad day.
They're there to cover the real costs of securing, maintaining, and managing vehicles until they're safely returned to their owners.
We know no one plans to need a tow.
If you're able to retrieve your vehicle promptly, youβll always pay less than someone whose vehicle remains in storage for an extended period.
At the end of the day, we'd much rather reunite you with your vehicle than keep it in our yard.
Because that's what we're here for.
