Bistro de la Gare, located in Drummondville, Canada, is a short walk from the historic town train stop. Appropriately, the restaurant follows a train-station theme, anchored by a Split-Flap display behind its bar.

Bistro de la Gare is a family-owned restaurant founded in 1960 that evolved into the luxury transit Bistro we see today.
