Ok so im going to address something only once. People can believe what they want or who they want.
For 8 years I have had dog issues. Im not the only one and they all come from either radio station road down at a homeless camp or Julie nickelson Peggy Nickelson and Jacqson Nickelson. Ive begged them to keep their dogs on their own land. They own 40 acers I even offered to help them put up a fence to fence part of their land for their dogs.
Sunday I came home my camera went off and it was a big black dog I headed down towards that camera. Iwalked around came back up the hill was watching the pigs in their wooded pin and all of a sudden I heard dogs barking. It was like I couldn't hear anything else so I started down that direction came upon 2 dogs that I have multiple pictures of over the last few months. This time they was running and leaping at my fence spooked my hogs. We have chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys and guineas. Now remind you ive sent 100s of messages to these people asking to keep their dogs on their property, offered to help them fence, even offered some fencing material. When the dogs spooked about 15 pigs luckily my 8 year old wasn't at the gate to the other side cause they would of probably ran her over. She is 64lbs but loves to go in the pin and walk around she does it daily unfortunately i had to make a call i didn't want to. I hollered they wouldn't stop so i went to my last resort. It angers me cause i shouldn't have to protect my animals from dogs that that the owners won't keep up like I said this isn't a here and there situation its every week enough is enough now im being bashed on public form so here is my side.
Im a bad person for protecting my kids and my livestock and according to her a crap mechanic cause after 8 years ive been forced to protect my lively hood.
And to top this all off yesterday i allowed her 19 year old to come here to retrieve their collar. Peggy came into my shop yelling at me I told her if she wanted to keep her attitude to get back in her car and get off my property park outside my gate she could wait there for her grandchild I wasn't taking any attitude.
Did I want to put a dog down? No i hate to harm any animal
Did i try every way possible to get them to keep their dogs up? Yes even offered fencing material and to put it up for them
I apologize for having to put this out there but when mine and my business name is being thrown out there then I have no choice people should know the truth.
Be a responsible pet owner its that simple.
