BL & Sons Disposal is looking for a dependable, hardworking CDL driver to join our team. If you enjoy being on the road, working independently, and being part of a company that keeps the community running, we’d love to hear from you.
Position Overview:
The CDL Driver is responsible for safely operating a trash truck on a designated route, providing reliable waste collection service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Operate garbage truck safely and efficiently on assigned routes
Collect and transport residential and/or commercial waste
Ensure proper handling of carts and containers
Perform routine pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Provide courteous service to customers when needed
Requirements:
Valid CDL (Class B or higher preferred)
Clean driving record
Ability to lift and maneuver trash carts (up to ~50 lbs)
Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Schedule
Full-time or Part-time position
Home daily
Competitive pay (based on experience)
