A successful two days on the hub dyno!

There were some highs and a few lows, but that’s exactly what testing is for. We worked through a handful of issues that are much better to find here than on the salt.

In the end, we came away with a strong, reliable power number and loaded the car back into the trailer nearly ready for Bonneville on August 1st.

Nothing like starting the day with 3,710 HP on the Mainline DynoLog Dynamometers hub dyno!

A huge thank you to Lavon D. Miller, Aaron Zieg, and David Petrick for trusting and working with our motorsport team to help bring this build together. With our custom in-house built harness, S&S firmware package on a Motec Systems USA ECU, and a pair of Ordnance pumps still asking for more, this combination is ready for the track!

Sometimes after a custom wiring harness install verifying the harness function is just the first step.

Any time component locations or orientations change, it’s important to verify the function of the entire system before hitting the dyno.

While finishing up David Petrick's new build, the Turbosmart e-gates required a different mounting orientation. Andre walks through the function test process to make sure everything is operating as intended before the truck ever sees the hub dyno.
