A One Transmission is actively seeking an experienced technician in the area of Transmission Rebuilding and R&R.
Position Responsibilities:
Rebuild and repair automotive transmission systems to specifications- knowledge of electrical and computer systems is a plus.
Assist other technicians in performing technical activities.
Remove and Reinstall Transmission systems.
Assist other technicians in performing technical activities.
Continuously learns new technical information and techniques informal training session in order to stay abreast with the rapidly changing automotive technology.
Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Automotive Transmission Rebuilder.
Hold a valid driver’s license.
Own professional grade tools.
Experience with mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience specific to transmission rebuilding.
ASE certifications a plus.
Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
