At the end of each month, I’m going to post what I have on the shelf. If you need more info or pictures of anything, just ask! Please note, current lead times on headers/turbo kits not on the shelf is 6-12 weeks (depending on the project).

1. 3rd gen Nova, manual steering or rack conversion only. Turbo placement matches what I ran last year and this year. All 304 stainless. 16 gauge 1-3/4” down and forward headers (built specifically to clear 6 bolt block/heads), 2-1/2” divided crossover, double slip, shearer fab open canted T6 fl**ge, motion raceworks wastegate merges, dual 44/45 mm wastegate fl**ges, male/female vbands and clamps. $3500
2. 3rd gen Nova, T4 log manifold kit. Ideal for guys that want to keep power steering (also works with manual steering) and not mess with anything up front. Custom built 1-3/4” driver side header, 2-1/4” crossover, 50mm wastegate, custom built stainless log manifold with shearer fab T4 fl**ge on the passenger side. Crossover built after payment is received. $2500
3. Universal “LFB” SHORT down and forward headers. These are the new headers I offer, coming in at 6-8” shorter than a flowtech style. All 304 stainless. 16 gauge 1-7/8” primaries with 3” collectors, male/female Vbands and clamps. $1675
4. Universal “LFB” SHORT down and forward headers. These are the new headers I offer, coming in at 6-8” shorter than a flowtech style. All 304 stainless. 16 gauge 1-3/4” primaries with 2-1/2” collectors, male/female Vbands and clamps. This set has ½” thick head fl**ges! $1650
5. Universal down and forward headers. Similar to the SHORT headers, but slightly different (requested by a few mustang owners). All 304 stainless. These start with 5/8” thick shearer fab header fl**ges, 16 gauge 1-7/8” primaries with 3” collectors, male/female Vbands and clamps. $1925
6. Universal down and forward headers. Similar to the SHORT headers, but slightly different (requested by a few mustang owners). All 304 stainless. 16 gauge 2” primaries with 3” collectors, male/female Vbands and clamps. $1800
7. 2nd gen S10 down/ forward headers. These were built around specific mounts and steering (ask for details). All 304 stainless. 16 gauge 1-3/4” primaries with 2-1/2” collectors, male/female Vbands and clamps. Selling CHEAP because this is an early set when I was still honing my skills. $1000
8. 3rd gen Nova. This kit is just like the setup I ran in 2023-2024 when I got my first 7 second slip with my 5.3 and Sheetz fuel. Same turbo placement, same size headers and same size crossover. Kit will include the custom 1-3/4 inch 16 gauge 304 stainless steel headers that I built, 3/8" thick stainless header fl**ge, male/female locating Vband fl**ges and clamps, 2-1/4” 16 gauge stainless crossover, double slip joint, ShearerFab Divided T6 fl**ge and dual 44mm wastegate fl**ges with Motion Raceworks merges, dual 44mm Summit wastegates with an assortment of springs. All clamps and hardware included. $3700 picked up in 18660 PA. ***For an additional $500 I can include a new, cathedral port hi-ram intake setup!!!***
9. 1-7/8” primaries, 3" collectors, down/forward headers for LS swapped 3rd gen Nova. Will clear 6 bolt (and stock) heads. Will clear rack conversions and factory manual box.
This setup fits TIGHT! But that’s the tradeoff for wanting big diameter, down/forward setups on stock frames. As you can see, it’s bolted on my fixture. But these cars are 50+ years old and there may be slight differences frame to frame. Trimming or modification of the frame may be required. Obviously minor if anything. I highly recommend TRZ control arms (or similar). Heater ports on the water pump will not be accessible unless you think outside the box to make it work. I recommend plugging them. Just like all my Nova headers, these were built using LSX innovation (or similar) adapter plates, 72 nova SBC frame stand (3955183 and 3955184) and Moroso solid SBC engine side mount (62500). I use the holes in the adapter plates that put the engine 7/16” forward of SBC location (this seems common and allows good access). Dirty Dingo slider mounts may work as they place the engine ¼” higher than the mounts I use.
Consider these “race” type headers. They fit tight fitting and some effort may need to be put in on your side. If any of that worries you, these are not for you. $2200 picked up. Shipping available. EGT bungs can be added.
