The Speedway Engineering 604B Series Billet Pillow Blocks are designed to provide a more rigid, serviceable, and adjustable solution. When a mounting tube doesn't fit your application, this is the ideal way to mount a sway bar. All of the dimensions match our 605B series pillow block for a simple direct replacement.
Eliminate Bind
The 604 Series uses a sealed spherical bearing that allows the joint to articulate as the suspension moves. This helps eliminate unwanted bind and allows smoother suspension movement.
Rigid Billet Construction
The 604 Series provides a rigid mounting point with reduced deflection compared to traditional stamped steel designs. This helps maintain more consistent suspension geometry under load.
Built to Be Serviced
In most applications, the sway bar is mounted in a very dirty environment. The 604 Series is designed with a serviceable sealed spherical bearing, making it an easy to disassemble and clean regularly.
Size Range
Stocking diameters are 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Other options are available by special order.
Billet Collar Clamps
Our Billet Collar Clamps (605C Series) are made from aircraft grade 2024 aluminum which is significantly stronger than standard 6061 collar clamps. Our precision machined inside diameter provides concentric, full surface contact with the shaft, resulting in a uniform clamping interface.
