Let’s have some real “shop” talk…

 🚨 This is exactly why we write estimates—not exact quotes.

A customer recently brought us a vehicle they had just purchased because they noticed a few cracks in the body and wanted us to see if they could be repaired.

At first glance, it didn't look too concerning.

But once we started investigating those cracks, we uncovered a much larger issue hiding beneath the surface.

This is something people don't always realize about collision and body repair. What you can see on the outside is only part of the story. Until damaged areas are opened up and thoroughly inspected, there's simply no way to know the full extent of what's underneath.

That's why every estimate we provide is exactly that—an estimate. We refuse to guess, underprice a job just to win it, or surprise our customers later with unexplained charges.

We believe in honesty, transparency, and doing repairs the right way. If we discover additional damage, we'll show you exactly what we found, explain why it matters, and discuss your options before moving forward.

Sometimes the biggest problems are the ones you can't see.

😮‍💨😮‍💨 Rolled this beauty out today. Hood and grill damage was done when someone backed up in the DQ drive thru 🥴 No worries- we got it all fixed up and back to the owner, looking good as new!

I know I know. We have been quiet lately! It’s a good quiet though 😉 We have been absolutely SLAMMED here at the shop! We added a new paint booth, did some upgrades, and made a few minor changes to the shop. We may be busy, but our messages haven’t stopped. Let us know how we can help you.

The most common question we get:
💬 “How much will this cost?”

Usually followed by:
💬 “Thanks, but I can’t afford that. I’ll find someone cheaper.”

Here’s the reality, folks — quality work isn’t always the cheapest option.

At our shop- we don’t just throw numbers at you. We carefully look over your vehicle, research the parts and materials needed, and calculate the time it will take to properly complete the repair. That’s how pricing is determined. And even after all the legwork of quoting you a price, we still uncover more work needed after we start. Rest assured, there will never be any surprises with us. We communicate any and all changes with our customers immediately.

Like everyone else, we are dealing with rising costs every day. We do our best to keep our pricing fair, competitive, and reasonable while still providing quality work we can stand behind.

Could you find someone cheaper? Absolutely. But cheaper doesn’t always mean better. At the end of the day, you truly get what you pay for.

If you decide to go another route, we understand. Just remember us if that “cheap fix” doesn’t hold up 😉
