Another fleet vehicle in for some maintenance.

Ford Fiesta in for a mechanical inspection, bolt check and full service.

VW Kombi 2.5 TDi came in for excessive smoking, a oil leak and a overall mechanical inspection.

We got right to work inspecting and diagnosing the vehicle and found a badly worn boost pipe with a blown out seal. This was the cause of the over fueling as well as the oil leak.

- New boost pipe fitted ✔️

2011 E90 330d in for rear shock replacement ☑️

We also ordered a set of our custom adjustable camber arms to be fitted shortly, due the car being lowered the rear camber is causing excessive tyre wear as well as instability and loss of traction.

Polo 1.9 TDi Sportline came in with clutch slip and the very common VW 6 speed gearbox rattle.

We assisted with a custom DDD hybrid clutch unit and got that gearbox rattle sorted out with a few shims while we had the gearbox out.

All required bolts replaced and torqued to spec ☑️

2016 VW UP! came in for a mechanical inspection, client advised there is a screeching sound when braking.

We inspected and found the brake pads in-front are busy failing and the brake shoes in the rear are due for replacement.

We got the parts ordered immediately and got to work early on a Saturday morning replacing the front & rear brakes as the client uses the car from Monday - Friday.

we go out of our way to make sure our clients are happy!

Client all the way from Durban reached out to us for assistance with his BMW e30 320i M20 single turbo build!

He was struggling to get a clutch kit to handle the power the build is currently making…

We sourced him a SACHS clutch kit and built him a high performance hybrid clutch kit that will have no problems putting the power down.

Vehicle came in for a major service and stage 1 tune.

Waterpump & timing belt kit ✅

Stage 1 EDtuning adaption ✅

Before: 101kw 288nm

After: 134kw 330nm

Unfortunately we had to stop there due to clutch slip…

All bolts & studs replaced & torqued to spec!
