Unfortunately the Last Valleyautofair post, as Tygervalley Management and I have amicably decided to end the Sunday Carmarket , as we in the present economic climate cannot deliver sufficient 'Feet' visiting the Centre, which was our mandate and promise to the Centre.
Kindly, Management is allowing us to open this Sunday, the 21st May 2023, so that those planning to exhibit their vehicles, with whom we have no contact, are not disappointed or compromised by this sudden decision,
Its almost exactly 20 years since we opened in March 2003, when Yvonne and I committed to 'Make it Work' no matter how long it took,
From three Sellers/ie Cars 'For Sale" on opening day, one of which sold on the day, an expensive Landrover, we slowly grew to 50 vehicles after about 18 months,
Then to heady days of over 250 per Sunday, until the International Banks betrayed the World and crashed, creating an instant recession, bringing us down to 150 exhibitors a week, which was still viable until the ineptnes? of the ANC govt, plus with the Help? ex President Zuma, we have shrunk to just a few loyal dealers and the odd private Seller.
To All those, Visitors, Sellers, Buyers and Friends , The Morrison Family cannot ever thank you enough for contributing to our resounding success,
