Some causes of a turbo charger to leak

Blocked Air filter/Air intake
Excess blowby blocking oil return of a turbo (excessive crankcase pressure)
Wrongly installed seals
Physically Restricted return line
Turbo bearings failure
Excessive exhaust backpressure (might be a restricted exhaust outlet line)
