Comparison of Headlight Technologies
Halogen:
Produces a warm, yellowish glow with a shorter and narrower range. They are affordable and easy to replace, though less energy-efficient.
HID (Xenon):
Emits a bright, cool white-blue light with a wider and farther spread than halogen. They offer a solid balance of cost and output.
LED:
Provides a crisp, clean white light that turns on instantly, uses very little power, and casts a wide, long-range beam.
Laser:
The most advanced and intense option. It projects an extremely long-range, focused beam of light, though it can cause glare or blindness for oncoming drivers if not managed properly.
