From one station to the next.

Spent the last week out at Mt Dooreen Station, roughly 500km northwest of Alice Springs along the Tanami Highway.

Remote country, tough conditions and plenty of gear to keep moving. This is exactly the sort of work I love, where nothing quite goes to plan and almost every job comes with its own challenge.

It’s about thinking outside the box, working with the resources you’ve got and finding a solution to keep things moving. Out here, you can’t always duck down the road for a part, sometimes you’ve just got to make s**t happen.

That’s what makes remote work so rewarding.
