In recognition of National Safe Work Month, we would first like to congratulate the team at Mercedes-Benz Adelaide on being awarded the CMV Group Safety Award at the recent CMV Annual Dinner.
Acknowledged by the committee board, this award recognises one business that has consistently demonstrated excellence in its approach to safety over the past year. It celebrates what it looks like when safety is treated as a genuine priority and embedded into everyday decision making. We are incredibly honoured to have received this recognition and certificate, reflecting our ongoing commitment to creating a safe and supportive workplace for everyone.
We were also pleased to welcome CMV Group Director & safety representative Anthony Casey, who visited the dealership and presented a custom video featuring workplaces from across the CMV Group. The video highlighted the importance of "What Safety Protects" campaign, with a focus on protecting workers lives, health and futures. We are fortunate to be part of a group that places the highest priority on employee safety and wellbeing, with initiatives such as CMV Care. This valuable platform is accessible to all employees and their immediate family members, providing 24/7 wellbeing, health and safety support, practical resources and proactive tools.
