Movember | Supporting Men's Mental Health

This November, LAI Group is proud to support Movember, raising awareness of men's mental health and the importance of early intervention, open conversations and ongoing support.

Men's mental health is an important issue that deserves greater awareness and understanding. Movember provides an opportunity to encourage conversations, break down stigma and remind men that seeking support is a sign of strength.
At LAI Group, we recognise the importance of looking after our people, both in and outside the workplace. By supporting initiatives like Movember, we aim to contribute to a culture where mental health is openly discussed, and everyone feels comfortable reaching out for support.

27 Years of Dedication | Corey Swansson

Celebrating 27 years at LAI Group, Corey Swansson, our Switchrooms Project Manager, has demonstrated outstanding dedication and commitment throughout his career.
Starting as an apprentice in 1999, Corey has progressed through the business, bringing years of experience, knowledge and expertise to the team.

A significant milestone recognising his contribution and continued commitment to LAI Group.

Over the past six months, LAI Group Energy Services has continued to demonstrate its capability across major projects and critical infrastructure.

Our team has delivered:
113 × 11kV Switchboards Commissioned 112 × Transformers Commissioned 4,350m of 11kV Cable Installed 256 × 11kV Cable Terminations Completed
Behind these achievements is a team combining engineering, project management, installation and commissioning expertise to deliver complex high-voltage projects.

From planning through to energisation, our focus remains on safety, quality and reliable project delivery.

Sydney, you’ve been great! What a fantastic CDC 2026

It was fantastic to be there representing LAI Group, connecting with so many great people across the industry, catching up with familiar faces and making plenty of new connections along the way.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand, shared a conversation and spent some time with our team. We thoroughly enjoyed being part of CDC 2026 and are looking forward to continuing the conversations beyond the event.

To celebrate R U OK? Day, we brought our team together for a shared morning tea and a friendly handball competition.

It was a great opportunity to enjoy some good food, have a laugh and check in with one another. At LAI, we’re big on community, and we believe creating opportunities to connect and look out for one another is something worth celebrating.
