Autofit88 is looking for an organised, motivated and customer-focused Parts / Service Advisor to join our busy workshop team.
This is a hands-on role working between our customers, suppliers and workshop technicians to help keep jobs organised and running smoothly.
🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Booking and scheduling customer vehicles
• Greeting customers and answering phone enquiries
• Preparing job cards and customer quotes
• Keeping customers updated on job progress
• Ordering and sourcing automotive parts
• Receiving and checking parts deliveries
• Stock organisation and stocktakes
• Liaising with suppliers
• Coordinating parts required for workshop jobs
• Invoicing and processing completed jobs
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
• General office and workshop administration
• Working closely with technicians and management
👤 ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Friendly and confident dealing with customers
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Able to multitask in a busy workshop environment
• Reliable and able to take initiative
• Confident using computers and office systems
• A strong communicator and team player
Automotive knowledge or previous experience in parts, service advising, administration or a mechanical workshop would be highly regarded.
