This role is about more than turning spanners. You'll play a key role in supporting the team, improving workshop performance, and driving continuous improvement across the business.
We're looking for a technician who sets the standard, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys helping others succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
• Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles and equipment
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting the workshop team
• Managing workflow and workshop productivity
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and accountability
• Liaising with customers and providing technical advice when required
• Contributing to workshop systems and continuous improvement
