Just wrapped up a the wiring job on this tidy HG Holden Premier wagon ⚡
A lot of the work is tucked away, but plenty went into getting this one sorted:
✅ Rebuilt the engine loom for a much tidier finish, including wideband, fuel pressure sensor, trans brake and cooler fan wiring
✅ New front and rear looms covering fans, horn, A/C, power supplies and rear relay controls
✅ Battery relocated to the boot, with new starter cabling, charging cables and earths
✅ Under-dash tidy-up, bringing aftermarket fuses and relays into the Haltech fuse box and integrating the heater wiring
✅ Haltech Elite 2500, iC-7, wideband and GPS wiring reworked, with modules securely mounted and tucked away
✅ Trans brake switch and rotary boost control wiring added
✅ Rear fuel pump relays set up with staged surge tank pump control
✅ Coil leads finished and fitted, with loom extensions for the relocated coils
To finish it off, we tested the vehicle’s 12V and EFI wiring, covering lighting, heater, dash, fans, fuel pumps, cranking and EFI signals.
A big job behind the scenes on a classic Holden. Swipe through for a look at the details 📸
