Meet Nathan, Parts Interpreter at Delatite Ford.

Nathan’s role is about much more than looking up part numbers. Behind the counter, there’s often a lot of research involved to make sure customers and technicians get the right part for the job.

That’s where his background comes in. Before moving into parts, Nathan spent 20 years as a mechanic, so he brings plenty of hands-on experience to the role.

One of the things he enjoys most is helping customers find a solution, especially when they’ve had no luck elsewhere.

Outside of work, Nathan keeps busy spending time with his kids, playing cricket in summer, doing Taekwondo, camping and getting outdoors whenever he can.

Meet Paul, Sales Manager at Delatite Ford.

For Paul, cars have always been part of the story. His dad was a rally driver, so it’s fair to say the love of cars started early.

These days, Paul leads the sales team at Delatite Ford, but his role is not always behind a desk. With a truck licence, he’s often the one jumping behind the wheel of the tilt truck to help get vehicles delivered to customers.
