💛 R U OK? Day at Hughes Mechanical 💛

In a male-dominated industry like ours, looking out for each other is something we take seriously.

The workshop can be a place where the focus is on getting the job done, but sometimes the most important thing we can do is stop, check in and simply ask “R U OK?”

It’s okay to have a tough day.
It’s okay to not have all the answers.
It’s okay to speak up when things aren’t going well.

At Hughes Mechanical, we want our team, family, friends & our community to know that you don’t have to face things alone. We look after each other, we have each other’s backs, and we make time for the conversations that matter.

Today is a reminder to check in……
not just today, but every day. 💛

R U OK?
Sometimes a simple question can make a big difference.
