It’s rare that a leadership role opens up at our Nathan depot. City Fleet Transport Maintenance has been supporting the heavy vehicle industry for over 15 years, and we are looking for a Branch Manager to lead our team of technicians and keep our customers' freight moving.

The Role:
• Lead and motivate our workshop team, managing daily operations, safety, and compliance.
• Drive business performance, from managing the P&L to high-volume data entry.
•Deliver exceptional service, ensuring we always do what we say we will do.
What You Need:
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive attitude and proficiency with Microsoft suite.
• A trade qualification or heavy vehicle licence (HR/HC/MC) is a plus, but not essential. We hire for attitude and ambition.
