We’re looking for a full-time Receptionist to join the team at Protune Automotive & Performance!

If you’re a people person who loves building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys delivering outstanding customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

🕢 Friday: 7:30am – 3:00pm

• Great at communicating with people

Requirements:
* Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic.
* High attention to detail and pride in your work.
* Ability to diagnose, service and repair modern 4WDs.
* Team player with a positive attitude.
* Reliable, organised and motivated to learn.

What you’ll be doing:
* Servicing and repairs.
* Performance upgrades.
* ECU tuning support and dyno preparation.
* Working on some of Australia’s best modern diesel 4WD builds.

SALESPERSON

Requirements:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Mechanical knowledge or automotive industry experience preferred.
* Strong computer and organisational skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workshop.
* Friendly, professional and motivated.

What you’ll be doing:
* Answering customer enquiries.
* Preparing quotes and booking vehicles.
* Following up outstanding quotes.
* Ordering parts and coordinating workshop jobs.
* Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
