Dear Powercat Owners Club Members,
Firstly... thank you.
What an incredible day.
On Saturday, we welcomed 58 attendees, including 21 Powercat owners and their families, to our very first Powercat Owners Club Exclusive Open Day, and all we can say is how grateful we are to have spent the day with such an amazing group of people.
From the moment everyone arrived, the atmosphere was exactly what we had hoped for, relaxed, welcoming and centred around people who simply enjoy great boats and the lifestyle that comes with them.
A Day Behind the Scenes
The morning began with plenty of coffee, light refreshments and conversations between fellow owners, before everyone had the opportunity to meet with our industry partners from Suzuki Australia Marine All Power Marine Australia, BLA lifestyle, Furuno Australia and Dometic who gave our members direct access to their specialised fields of knowledge. We also had our Lead Boat Builder, Trimmer/Detailer, Lead Composite Technician, Auto Electrician & Fit out Manager available for questions and conversations throughout the day giving owner’s direct access to the complete team that build each Powercat. A massive thank you to our industry partners.
Grant then led our exclusive factory tour, taking members through every stage of the Powercat build process from our design philosophy and composite lay-up area, right through to fit-out, electrical installation and final assembly.
Members also had the chance to inspect a wide range of Powercat models, 13 to be exact, including:

One of the biggest highlights was seeing the 11000 Sports Sedan taking shape, including the hull, deck and moulds currently in production.
For many owners, being able to compare different generations of Powercats side-by-side while watching future models being built was a truly unique experience.
BLA were incredibly generous putting up a “ScanStrut 12V ATMOS Waterproof On-board air station” for our attending members raffle which was won by Marian & Robin, congratulations & thank you once again to BLA lifestyle for putting up the prize.

More Than Boats
Perhaps the most rewarding part of the day wasn't the boats at all.
It was watching owners finally meet face-to-face, hearing stories from years on the water, seeing new owners introduced to the Powercat community, and listening to the conversations that continued well into the afternoon over coffee, lunch, a beer or even a glass of champagne.
The feedback we received throughout the day was equally valuable. As we've always believed, real-world owner feedback plays a vital role in shaping the future of every Powercat we build, and we genuinely appreciate everyone who took the time to share their ideas and experiences.
