This is your friendly reminder that entries for Round 3 of the ACT Motorcycle Club Dirt Track Championship close TONIGHT (Thursday 23rd July) at MIDNIGHT!

If you happen to miss the midnight deadline, you'll still have until 5:00pm Friday 24th July to submit a late entry. Just keep in mind that a late entry fee will apply.

🏁 Racing begins immediately after practice

📝 Remember you must join the ACT Motorcycle Club before you can enter. Memberships are active for 12 months from the date of purchase!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for today's Dirt Track Ride Park Day! 🏁👏

We hope everyone had an awesome day out on the track! It was fantastic to see so many new faces and families come along and enjoy the day with us.

Ride Park Days are all about building confidence, developing skills, getting plenty of laps in, and having fun in a safe, welcoming environment. Whether it was your very first ride or you're preparing for your next race meeting, we hope you left with a smile and a little more confidence than when you arrived.

A massive thank you also goes to our volunteers who gave up their time to make the day possible. We couldn't do it without you! ❤️

Now it's time to get ready for Round 3 of the ACT Motorcycle Club Dirt Track Club Championship next Sunday, 26th July!

UPDATE: NO VOLUNTEERS = NO RIDE

DIRT TRACK IS OPENING 9AM TO 1PM ON SUNDAY 19TH BUT NO MX TRACKS WILL BE OPEN

MX MEMBERS

We are trying to run an MX Ride Park Day this Sunday 19th July.

We need the following volunteers to run.

1. Sign on 9AM - 12PM
2. Session flagger 9AM - 3PM
3. Level 1 Official 9AM - 3PM
4. Primary First Aid officer 9AM - 3PM
5. Secondary First Aid officer 9AM - 3PM

Level 1 official, session Flagger and first aid officer can be done by one person . Sign on and Secondary first aid can be done by one person also.

First aid officers must not be riding unless we get enough first aid officers then it can be done in shifts so you can still get some riding in.

Last chance for a rec ride before we prep the track for the next MX Race meeting.

💥🏆💥Please find attached the NEW and FINAL calendar dates for the Southern Region MX Interclub Series. This has been a very intense and challenging time for many. Calendars are not the easiest thing to put together to benefit everyone. It involves the venues and licences, the Official’s for the event, availability of Medics and the hard working Committee members from the Series and host clubs who are putting in many hours behind the scenes to make these events happen while also being family members themselves with full time jobs. It also trying to source dates that works best for the majority of riders taking part in many events. It’s very easy for those to sit at home and be critical of things, but this is when Clubs need those hands to help prepare tracks, organise things and get things moving. In saying this, the UPDATED and FINAL Calendar for the 2026 Southern Region Interclub Series is attached below. Updated on 11th July 2026 at 2:15pm. Please note: this is FINAL. There will be no more changes to this calendar. If there is a reason eg weather etc, where these events can not run, that round will be cancelled all together. Take the time to check out the dates and venue changes and help us spread the word by tagging any of your fellow riders in this post. We are greatful for everyone who attends and supports our events in any capacity. 📅 Save the date.

After some changes to our Southern Region MX Interclub round and confirmation of our final MX championship round, please see our updated and final MX calendar for 2026.

Creating a race calendar is no easy task. It involves working closely around the schedules of neighbouring clubs, state championships, and other major series in our sport to give our riders and families the best possible opportunity to enjoy a full season of racing. While it’s impossible to avoid every clash, we put a great deal of thought into finding a date that work for as many people as possible.

Now it’s time to get the bikes ready, mark your calendars and start counting down!

**** IMMEDIATE UPDATE****
This Sunday’s scheduled race event has just been cancelled. The Track crew are still present at the venue now, but the more they are trying their hardest to prep the track, too much water is coming to the surface. This is making it impossible to prep a track to race day conditions and providing a safe environment for all riders on all levels is imperative. Not an easy call too make but the decision was made for them. Please respect the Clubs & Series call on this matter.
