Here's something most people don't realise about their diesel injection pump: it's not just pushing fuel. It's controlling exactly when, how much and at what pressure fuel hits each cylinder, thousands of times per minute.

When timing drifts even slightly, you lose power, economy tanks and that smooth idle turns rough. A worn pump doesn't always fail dramatically, it just slowly robs performance until one day you're wondering why your rig feels flat.

That's why we don't just swap pumps, we test, calibrate and set them up properly before they go back in.

New 70 Series up on the hoist for the essentials before it hits the dyno.

First cab off the rank is an NPC heavy duty clutch, because the factory unit just isn't designed to handle serious torque. Throw a tune at a stock clutch and you'll be replacing it sooner than you'd like.

Alongside the clutch, we're fitting an exhaust and a few other goodies to set this thing up properly. The goal is a package that makes great power and actually holds together when you lean on it.

Proper prep work before the tune. That's how it should be done. 👌
