This cat 255 nxt gen posi in for its very first service.

At CMPS we follow strict cat guidelines and servicing requirements using genuine oils and filters to comply with the cat warranty.

We had the opportunity to get this done on a weekend when the operator was not using the machine allowing no downtime to keep the machine running

🔧 500 HOUR SERVICE — DONE RIGHT. ✅

Another machine serviced and ready to get back to work. 💪

At Chesters Mobile Plant Solutions (CMPS), we don’t believe a service should just be an oil and filter change.

For every scheduled service, we use our own in-house designed Mechanical Service Checklist to systematically inspect the machine and identify potential issues before they turn into costly breakdowns.

✅ 500-hour scheduled service
✅ Full machine inspection
✅ Oils & filters serviced
✅ Greasing & fluid level checks
✅ Hydraulic, engine & cooling system checks
✅ Hoses, belts, pins & bushes inspected
✅ Undercarriage & attachments checked
✅ Electrical & safety systems inspected
✅ Defects identified & reported
✅ Service history documented

Preventative maintenance = less downtime.

Whether you’ve got one excavator or an entire fleet, CMPS can take care of your servicing and repairs with a professional mobile service that comes to you.

Our CMPS team has successfully addressed several defects on these diggers, including the replacement of boom foot pins and bearings, resealing the boom cylinder, and conducting a full air conditioning service.

With an impressive 14-year track record in field service work, our team has developed a strong ability to improvise – a vital skill in our profession. A prime example of this improvisational expertise is the fabrication of a camp-style kettle, which allowed us to boil water for replacing the boom cylinder seals. We pride ourselves on our ability to accommodate all jobs, regardless of size or location, and provide efficient solutions.

Please do not hesitate to contact us today for any service or repair needs, ranging from simple maintenance to complex defect rectification.
