We are seeking a reliable and organised Administration Assistant to join our team on a temporary casual basis to cover maternity leave.

Position Details
●Casual position
●2–3 days per week (16 to 24 hours per week)
●Hour’s negotiable (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm)
●Employment term of approximately 6–12 months

Key Responsibilities
●General clerical and administrative duties
●Data entry and record management
●Filing and document preparation
●Answering phone calls and assisting with general office enquiries
●Customer Service (phone and face to face)

Skills & Experience
●Previous office administration experience preferred
●Experience with MYOB is desirable
●Strong organisational and communication skills
●Proficient computer skills and attention to detail
●Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements
●Police report is essential
●Professional, reliable, and trustworthy

🔒🚗 Friday was absolutely flat out! 🚗🔒

We had a huge variety of vehicles through the workshop, all receiving custom security upgrades tailored to their owners' needs.

From Car Alarms and Ghost 2 Immobilisers to GPS Tracking with Engine Shutoff and more, it was a busy day helping protect some seriously valuable vehicles.

Two of these jobs had previously been turned away elsewhere, but where others said NO, we found a way to get the job done. 💪
