👉🏻 Keep those nominations rolling in. You’ve got to be in it to win it!

👉🏻 Friday afternoon Social Karting Activity from 12pm - 4pm (could be later if KAC available). As always, you are required to register in KOMP.

👉🏻 Volunteers are needed for the canteen, grid and scales. Please put your hand up 🙋🏼‍♂️ to assist. We can’t race without you.

👉🏻 The AKC buzz has settled, and we’re more than ready to swap the chaos for a calm, relaxing weekend of racing.

Please note that our Club General meeting will be held Tomorrow Tuesday 21st July 2026 Balaclava Hotel – 423 Mulgrave Road Street at 6pm.

Ask for the club room. We can order a meal etc which is delivered to the room.

A Teams link is available on request for any member wishing to zoom into the meeting. It will be emailed before the meeting.

Congratulations to our Cairns Club Members who raced at 2026 Queensland State Titles over the weekend in Bundaberg. Alex Boscarini came home with a 2nd place in an incredible drive. All our other members gave it their all. Also there were two birthdays for our members over the weekend with Connor Hole and Richard Morton celebrating their birthdays. Next years QLD State Titles will be held in Proserpine.

Missed out on the final and was a reserve.

KA 3 Junior Heavy

Alex Boscarini 2nd

Started 2nd in the final. Dropped to 4th on lap 1 and then managed to get 2nd on Lap 8 and stayed there for the rest of the race.

Daniel Janusz 15th

Started 4th for the final. Ran 5th and 6th from Lap 1 to 15 but then dropped to 15th by the end of the race.

KA 3 Senior

Luke Downes 17th

Started 16th for the final. Ran 18th for most of the race and then ended up finishing 17th

Connor Hole 21st

Started 21st for final. Got up 19th in the opening lap but then dropped to 21st by lap 3 and stayed there all race.

TAG 125 Restricted Masters

Julian Laws 14th

Started 15th for the final. Ran 17th for first 5 laps. Then from lap 7 ran 14th until lap 15. Dropped to 15th then got backed up 14th at the end.

TAG 125 Light

Damien Bugler 14th

Started 15th for the final. Ran 16th and 17th for most of the race and then ended up in 14th.

Michael Janusz 8th

Started 13th for the final. Got a few spots in the end to finish 8th.

Richard Morton 15th

Started 17th for the final. Ran 16th and 17th for most of the race and then ended up 15th

🏁 IT’S FINALS DAY! 🏁

The moment we’ve all been waiting for has arrived! After two fantastic days of incredible racing, the 2026 PanelFab Queensland Kart Championships come down to Finals Day.

🏆 Today’s champions will be crowned across all classes as Queensland’s best drivers battle it out for State Championship honours.

📋 Check out today’s timetable below and make sure you’re trackside for all the action, with finals commencing from 11:09am.
