Bit late to the party in sharing this, how great is this car, and how great is Shane for sticking with the chassis.

Some faster X chassis are starting to come out, but this has been the world number one (outright), no fastest Auto, fastest on a 235, fastest with a person driving who ate a McChicken 4 hours before the race. Outright X chassis in the world.

Well, haven't we been busy.

Cast Knuckles are back in stock
Billet adjustable knuckles will be back in stock in 3 weeks
Rack Spacers are back in stock
Dual Mount, back in Stock.

Fibreglass items like 6 orders deep

Next, Western Australian people. We have many requests for body kit items, but postage from QLD to WA is worth a liver and a kidney. We have https://www.facebook.com/rhodesideautotune stepping up to the plate and willing to help organise a bulk shipment to help all the WA People out with a single delivery.

If you are interested, please PM me or even comment here. For a large order, it will probably fill up the rest of our year, and it is definitely the cheapest option for postage

a JFYI

The Ciscokids website will be down for 48 hours while we migrate to a more powerful and larger server to accommodate more workshop manuals.

So no need to panic :)

Twelve years ago.

Can't believe I have been doing Ciscokids for this long, a few shutdowns and rebuilds, Different cars along the way, and many meets since.

Still want to thank everyone for the patience and the support through it all as we rebuild and grow.

To build upon yesterday's post, here is the newer frontend I have developed. to make searching and filtering the workshop manual easier.

Please note that this will be a community effort; you will see many items marked as needing review. To put it simply, I do not have time to read 6,000+ workshop manuals, so while some have been categorised, etc., there will be some errors. I need your help advising me on which documents might be.

Also, note that this is my day job: making web apps, so the more input you can give me on how to improve this, the more I will appreciate it.

Well, since the server change, this hasn't been available, and I knew it was a huge part of the community.

That's right, JZ/X Chassis Manuals are back up and available through the old link.

I did not think the first drop of tee's would do so well after the store died during the divorce. Truly overwhelmed by the support I have from all of you.

Well, here is our next drop, full colour prints.

Well, I should probably post up some more progress shots of the X3 and be a bit more social on my social media accounts. Last weekend, we fitted the wheels for the first time on a solid floor and adjusted the height to get a rough idea of how they will sit. now.

14x10 with R888 semi slicks. Chunky boy's and still have a good 50mm adjustment lower in the rear coilovers that should allow them to camber in a bit more (IRS in the rear)

Again, thank you to Beam Speed Shop. Seeing this car with this stance really got me excited, almost like light at the end of the tunnel.

I get asked why I decided to focus on the X3 over the X81s... well, to put it simply, the daughter likes the old car better, and I'm looking forward to the memories it will create with her.

It is what building cars is about: creating and sharing memories with people.

I will start posting more pictures of the progress of this car, as it has come a long way with the help of Beam Speed Shop.
