I’m a huge believer of giving credit where credit is due (especially when it comes to small businesses), so today I want to give a shout out to Tom and Emma at AutoPlus Autoexperts - Frankston.

My car needed new brakes and with the weather we’ve been having lately they couldn’t be put off any longer, and for the first time ever, yesterday I walked away from a mechanic feeling good (even after parting with a few hundred dollars).

From the friendliness of Emma when I rang for a quote and appointment to Tom meeting me in the carpark when I arrived and not only explaining what work needed to be done but actually showing me the different parts of the brakes - both the well worn ones off my car and the new replacements.
