If anyone knows the name of the guy who owns/drives the Mitsubishi Triton Ute in our first picture, can you please DM us?
We did an urgent tow for the guy back on the 3 February, as he was stuck in the middle of a very busy street, during peak hour, and couldn't get his ute to move. He supposedly had a bad day and when it came to paying for his tow, he couldn't get hold of his girlfriend to transfer money and ended up in tears. So we though we would give the guy a break and gave him our bank details instead, so he could pay for the tow later that night, which he agreed too. He told us it would definitely be paid that night and almost two weeks later, we're still waiting to be paid.
We have messaged and rung him on numerous occasions, with minimal to no response. If he responds, it's to tell us he has paid for the tow, but can't provide a copy of the payment confirmation receipt. We have visited his house, only to be told by his girlfriend that she has no idea who we are talking about. She's never seen him or his car and she's lived at the address for 8 years.
It's sooo frustrating to know that there are still people out there who take advantage of people's kindness and generosity.
So if you do know this guy, can you please DM us his name, as we have all his other details?
Sometimes trying to help people out, isn't worth the hassle. We, like alot of other people, are struggling to make ends meet, so not being paid for a job we completed, is a big kick in the guts to us.
