Cool air in + ecu remapping improving fuel efficiency.

Already boasting our Intercooler combo and tows a van this Nav was very ready for our tune.

Making good power stock tune.. But fantastic power tuned!!!

We would expect to see this Nav improve a minimum 2 litres per 100km on the highway to around 4 litres thanks to improved Intercooling and ecu remapping

Just hope it brings the smiles and reduced back pain.

Long tray single Cab Isuzu NPR manual drove all the way up from Newcastle for us to install our front suspension, super single conversion, pipe kit and a tune on the dyno.

Its an expensive job. I always feel nervous taking the customers Money just hoping they are happy with the truck with our upgrades. But the nerves fade pretty quick once the Customer has a drive.
Hoping to hear back soon with some great feedback.

✅Custom Front 2inch lift springs with extended U bolts.
✅King big bore Monotube Shocks.
✅17" Alloy Super Single wheel conversion
Customer supplied MAXXIS razor 32" AT tyres
✅Wheel Alignment and Front camber correction.

What a difference. I absolutely love these trucks and these jobs. We enjoy our short wheel base NPR run around parts truck and getting the opportunity to massively improve a customer's truck as well is awesome.

Getting a little heat soaked!!!

Airflow... What airflow. Certainly none to the factory Intercooler with this Bullbar.

This Nav came in for our Intercooler Upgrade kit specifically for bull bars With brackets in the way of our normal Intercooler piping.
The Kit Relocates the core to the top grill for Max airflow and Max cooling ability.

Raising it up Also gets it up out of harms way... Harms being rocks n 5hi7.
Oh and sand banks. Lots of sand.

The standard Intercooler had coped an absolute beating. Bent, battered and warped. But amazingly not leaking, we did however have to cut away the factory Intercooler brackets. Being so bent and damaged we could not simply undo the bolts.

Our intercooler combo is:
