Swing down Mud Guard for easy loading.

We have definitely kept the structural integrity of the mud guard while designing & fabricating. The inner plate is still welded to the guard, we made some custom hinges & kept the mud guard locked down.

The reason behind this is that 3.5ton trailer mud guards sit at 250mm high of the deck to compensate for Large wheels.
When loading your car, you can’t open the door to get out. So we came up with a solution. We understand It might not suit others owners but definitely suited this previous customer for what he’s using the trailer for.
