I am a qualified driving instructor and as such am regulated by the Victorian Taxi Directorate (VTD) of which I am registered with. To be registered with the VTD, each person is required to be professionally trained (successfully complete Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics-Road Transport-Car Driving Instruction), certified medically fit, have gone through a police check and have a valid Wor
