We would like to officially welcome the newest addition to the BCQMM family!
It will be a while until he's able to fix anything under a bonnet, but he's fixing a special place in our hearts already. Baby Theodore Evo arrived safe and sound today, and all are doing well so far.

We’re proud to have been featured by Workplace Health and Safety Queensland following our completion of their Injury Prevention and Management (IPAM) Program! 🎉

At our workshop, we believe that doing things safely, effectively and collaboratively benefits everyone — our team, our customers, and the wider community.

We've taken the knowledge gained through this program and embedded it into our daily operations, giving you confidence that your vehicle is being worked on by a team that prioritises safety, communication and best-practice processes every step of the way.

By investing in our people and our workplace, we're helping create a safer, healthier environment while continuing to deliver the quality service our customers know and trust.

A big thank you to Workplace Health and Safety Queensland for the opportunity to be part of the program and for recognising our commitment to continuous improvement.

When Bay City Quality Mobile Mechanic set out to better understand their work health and safety obligations, they found support through the Injury Prevention and Management (IPaM) program.

With IPaM’s support, they worked through:

• documentation requirements
• building a clearer workplace health safety database
• gaining a better understanding of what was needed to support risk reduction and injury management.

Guidance from IPaM advisors helped bring clarity to what can often feel complex, giving the team confidence that they’re providing employees with the right tools and resources to stay safe and happy at work!
