Another successful repower completed! 👌
This fibreglass half-cab has been upgraded from a Suzuki DT50 to a same-era Suzuki DT65. At the customer's request, we sourced the replacement engine and carried out a full service, including a fuel pump rebuild, carburettor reconditioning, and fitted a new propeller matched to the boat's size and weight.
The results speak for themselves—a much stronger hole shot and a top speed of 48 km/h, making for a noticeably better all-round performer on the water.
P.S. We kept the 50hp cowling because the colours matched the boat much better.
