Short Track Attack is shifting to a Wednesday afternoon and we’re here for it.

Join us for a new weekend session from 6:00pm to 10:00pm. With limited entries to maximise track time, this event is designed to give drivers plenty of laps in a tight, technical format.

Spots are capped and expected to fill quickly, so get in early to secure your entry.

This is the one you’ve been waiting for.

We’re running the OG Short Track layout for a full day of door-to-door drifting action, big entries, and non-stop smoke.

$99 DRIFT DAY ENTRY
Get on track and send it all day on the iconic Short Track setup.

8:30AM – 4:00PM
Full day format. Multiple sessions. Maximum seat time.

🎟 SPECTATORS – $30
Bring your mates, bring the family — and for just $30 you’ll also get access to the Australian Superbike Championship (ASBK) racing happening on the same day.

We’re not far away from King of QR 2026, coming to Queensland Raceway on Sunday 26 July.

Entries for the Time Attack event are nearly sold out, and we’ve added something extra this year with a Motorkhana Challenge on the DTC run by Skid Control.

You don’t need to be competing in Time Attack to have a go. Spectators can enter the Motorkhana and test their skills on a properly set out course.

Motorkhana Information:
• Every paying spectator receives one free run
• Additional runs are $15 each
• No limit on the number of runs
• Competitors use their own vehicles
• Queensland Raceway will provide helmets
• Fastest time of the day wins free entry into King of QR 2027

Entries will be taken on the day at the Skid Control sign-in container.

Also returning is the Traction Society / Time Attack King of QLD Show & Shine.

For $25, your spectator ticket includes:
• Show & Shine entry
• VIP parking
• Happy Laps session on the circuit
• Access to all King of QR activities and racing throughout the day

MASSIVE STATE OF ORIGIN WEDNESDAY AT QUEENSLAND RACEWAY!

We're turning up the heat this Wednesday with a huge day and night of motorsport action.

From 8:00am – 12:00pm, the Main Track hosts a Morning Drift Session using the old-school drift layouts, while the DTC is in action with a private hire event.

In the afternoon, Midweek Sprints take over the circuit for race cars and street cars chasing their fastest lap times.

From 5:00pm – 10:00pm, Drift Playtime and Small Wheel Wednesday hit the track, alongside our FREE QR Hardpark Meet-Up.

Food trucks, bar facilities, music, and the State of Origin live on the big screen with sound will keep the action going all night.

Spectator entry is FREE, so come down and enjoy a massive day and night at Queensland Raceway.
